The 2026 Spring season of the Advanced League has come to a close, and it is time to display the most brilliant game out of the 50+ submitted by the best elementary and middle school students from around Northwest Ohio.

This year had the strongest games in recent memory, so selecting just one was an extremely difficult task. That said, congratulations to Theo whose combination of extremely accurate play alongside high-level tactical vision has earned him this season’s brilliancy prize. Below is the game with my analysis.

There were also some other individual trophies won this season. Jackson F played the overall best season and won the Top Performance this season. Finally, the Most Improved award was split between Jackson P and Timmy.
